One vote does not a RINO make...you are calling for a level of purity that NO ONE can obtain. Even Reagan himself raised taxes on several occasions. In March 1967 he proposed about a billion dollars of tax increases as Governor of California. In 1983 he signed tax increases that undid about 1/3 of his 1981 tax cuts. Did these decisions make Ronald Reagan a RINO? HA! Who is so crazy to say that?
