Bob McDonnell, State Central Committee Will Attempt to Enforce Secrecy on Frederick Vote

Here is how McDonnell and SCC will try to run things this Saturday;

First, they will try to tell us we cannot go in to the meeting, which is NOT true.
Second, when we correct the record, and they have to let us in, they will have Mike Wade or someone make a motion to go into executive session immediately, which will enable them to legally "ask" us to leave the room.

Then they will trot out a long line of politically incestuous SCC members who will falsely attest to the truthfulness of the charges, and they will deny any member who is known to be in Frederick's camp the right to speak his mind.

Mike Wade or someone close to him will yell and scream and bluster about what a devil Frederick is, and how SCC will be implicit in his alleged malfeasance if they don't throw him out.

Then, they will make a motion to have a recorded or roll call vote, so they will know who votes to keep Jeff, and will attempt to ensure a second ballot, so that if they fall short the first time, they will know who did not obey marching orders and threaten and coerce them to switch their vote.

It is important to note that a recorded or roll call vote benefits them only if they first go into executive session.
Reason being, if they kick out all the outraged grassroots activists by going into E. session, we will not know until it is too late who votes to kick out Jeff, but they will know who left the plantation in order to vote for Jeff, and then apply all the pressure necessary to get the votes switched.

If they do not go into executive session, they will call for a secret ballot to prevent those of us who will be in the room as a result, from knowing who voted to overturn our will as convention delegates.

If Jeff wins, they will spend the next seven months laying traps for him and trying to set the stage to blame any potential McDonnell loss on Frederick.

If Jeff loses, Bob McDonnell will never become Governor.
Though Bob will probably not be there Saturday, we are well aware of the role McDonnell is playing and has played behind the scenes, making personal phone calls to members of the SCC asking for their vote to remove Jeff, all the while pretending he is only an interested observer.

Many conservatives will NEVER vote for any man who tells them that they do not have the right to elect their own leaders if those leaders do not pass the "stay on the plantation test".

McDonnell, and probably Bolling, have decided that Frederick is too independent, and they have not forgiven Jeff for ensuring that the grassroots of this party got the method of nomination we wanted for this year, in bucking McDonnell's desire for a primary, in favor of the grassroots desire for a convention, which tends to favor conservatives.

Team Bob and Bill have declared all out war on conservatism with their Barr Labs money and HB 3202, and mandatory HPV vaccines, and excusing homosexual pornography in guidebooks for convention gifts.(see my posts under the bolling label for details).

Conservatives are not stupid, and we know it when we are not wanted.
Well, too bad!!
This party belongs to the people who adhere to the principles laid out in the Republican Creed, not to a few blue bloods who want power to ensure their incumbency at any cost.

Pat McSweeney said it best in his Sunday op-ed in theTimes-Dispatch this week where he addressed the misbegotten notion of moving to the middle to get moderates to vote for us.
That is NOT how Reagan got them
I urge you to read it........
http://www.timesdispatch.com/rtd/news/opinion/commentary/article/MCSWEENEY329_20090327-192004/242798/

Republicans win when they stick to their principles, and McDonnell and his crowd are spending more time trying to lynch Frederick than they are trying to advance conservative principles.

That's an understatement, I know!!

In summary;
The Republican blue blood establishment wants conservatives for their votes, but not their opinion, and how dare we expect the right to elect our party leadership!!

They want a coronation to their respective offices sought, and will not take the chance that someone like Frederick might insist on a level playing field at the convention.

We are not supposed to question their actions or the results thereof;
We are only to sit down, shut up, and vote Republican.

If Bob does not stop this this coup, and make no mistake, he can if he wants to, he will not see conservatives all over the state sit down, shut up, and some of them will not vote Republican merely for the sake of doing so.

It is a basic American foundation, the right to elect our own leaders, and the arrogance of McDonnell and the SCC to tell us we do not have that right is infuriating, to put it mildly.

What if conservatives get so upset that they run their own independent candidate?
Need I remind Bob that he won last time by 300-400 votes statewide?

Bob......... is it really worth it?

Tim,

Why not for once tell the truth that this is what Jeff agreed to that was suggested by the legal counsel that he appointed ?

Who cares?
The party plan says otherwise.
That is the final authority.

I know you want to "get" Boyer, dude. but you need to not mislead in the attempt to do so.
You'll never get him anyway!
